This role requires strong leadership in coordinating labor and schedules to ensure timely, high-quality, and cost-effective project completion. The Field Superintendent will also uphold safety standards, maintain open communication with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.   Essential Functions: Site Supervision:  Direct all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors, tradespeople, and foremen to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality execution. Regularly communicate with subcontractors to address any issues, track progress, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Work closely with the project team to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and in compliance with project specifications. Customer & Stakeholder Communication:  Serve as the primary on-site contact, keeping customers and internal teams informed of progress, challenges, and solutions. Foster good working relationships with owners, architects, and other stakeholders. Documentation & Reporting:  Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, change orders, safety meeting notes, and project status updates. Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted on time. This includes daily tracking of Quality Check Punchlist items, live running tracker of our construction print to notate any changes, and submitting field-verified as-builts upon completion of the project. Problem-Solving:  Proactively address construction challenges to keep projects on track, utilizing problem-solving techniques to resolve issues efficiently, including emergency response availability and coordination. Assist with other engineering tasks as assigned. Ability to travel within all Greenlight Networks markets as needed.   Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Experience in telecom, fiber network design, or outside plant construction is beneficial.
