Set up, operate, and maintain bindery equipment (cutters, folders, stitchers, trimmers, and other finishing machinery) Read and interpret job tickets to meet customer specifications and quality standards Perform routine quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines This role requires attention to detail, mechanical ability, and a strong commitment to producing quality work in a fast-paced environment. As experience is gained, opportunities for growth are presented to help you further your career at Citicom. Qualifications Previous experience as a Bindery Operator or in a similar role in the print industry (preferred but not required) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Shifts available 2nd shift: 2pm-10:30pm M-F $18/hr 3rd shift: 10pm-6:30am Sunday Night - Thursday Night $18/hr
