Construction Laborer

Delaware Laborers Local 199 is seeking motivated individuals interested in careers in construction. Laborers perform a variety of tasks to support building and infrastructure projects, including site preparation, concrete work, environmental cleanup, demolition, and specialized trades.

Applicants should be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions, be safety-focused, and open to ongoing training. Career opportunities include a wide range of specialized skills, including but not limited to:

Requirements include:

• High School Diploma or GED
  
  
• Ability to pass a drug test
  
  
• Clean driving record (no more than 6 points)
  
  
• Ability to stand for long periods of time in all weather conditions
