Type 04 Teacher (PEL)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time or part-time - You set your own schedule!

Duties: To act as a teacher or assistant teacher in a childcare facility, after school program, pre-school, and/or infant center. Assist in the implementation of curriculum activities. Interact with children of varying ages.

Job Qualifications:

• Fingerprints on file with DCFS Required!
• Must be able to pass a criminal history check.
• Type 04 Teacher: Professional Educators License with Early Education Endorsement.
• BA Teacher: BA or advanced degree in ECE or non-ECE degree including at least 18 units in ECE plus 1560 clock hours of experience.
• Early Childhood Teachers: 19+ years old and high school diploma plus ONE of the following: 60 semester hours incl. 6 in ECE; 30 semester hours incl. 6 in ECE plus 1560 clock hours of experience; CDA or CCP credential.
• Early Childhood Assistant: 18+ years old and high school diploma
