Doorkeeper is seeking an Experienced Janitorial Staff Member to support our commercial and residential sites in the Denver Metro area. Key Responsibilities:
The Janitorial role, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s buildings and grounds.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, window washing, janitorial responsibilities, trash removal and grounds cleaning of multiple properties.
- Perform routine maintenance punch lists on vacant units prior to new tenants’ occupancy.
- Respond to tenant service requests, enter and track requests using a work order system.
- Keep all amenity areas clean and in an operable condition.
- Communicate frequently with operations staff and perform any tasks within the maintenance department.
Primary Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in Janitorial Maintenance related field. Further experience will be heavily weighted.
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record (Required)
- U.S. citizen or equivalent documentation
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (bi-lingual highly weighted)
- Proficient in use of technology such as MS Office software, Outlook etc.
- Able to think logically to troubleshoot, analyze situations, and make sound business decisions.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail
- Residential/Commercial cleaning experience highly weighted
- Must be able for on-call work
- Able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to commute multiple properties (Required)
- Denver, CO: Reliable transportation to work (Required)
Property Maintenance Technician
Doorkeeper is seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team immediately. This role involves maintaining both residential and commercial properties, ensuring all units and facilities are safe, functional, and well-kept.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, carpentry, etc.)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
- Conduct routine inspections of properties
- Coordinate and prioritize work across multiple locations daily
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition
- Communicate effectively with property managers and tenants
Requirements:
- Previous property maintenance preferred
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete a wide range of maintenance tasks
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel between properties
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle urgent or emergency work requests
Work Environment:
- Work will be performed across multiple residential and commercial sites
- Fast-paced environment with varying daily tasks
Landscaper
Doorkeeper is currently seeking an experienced Landscaping Technician to support our commercial and residential sites in the Denver metro area. The right candidate will be accountable for delivering effective, efficient, and timely landscaping and grounds service to multiple buildings within the Doorkeeper Properties portfolio. Doorkeeper is dedicated to outstanding customer service and providing exquisite living and working experience for our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
The Landscape Technician will perform a variety of maintenance work in the Landscaping department including:
- General landscaping, Mowing, Pruning/trimming, Curb appeal / trash pickup
- Planting of seasonal flowers, Pulling and maintaining weeds, Snow removal
- Landscape sprinkler experience a plus
- Complete Preventative Maintenance checks and services and repairs on a variety of systems including grounds, landscape, snow removal and other systems around the portfolio.
- Provide maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Reviews, trains, and maintains safety data sheets (SDS) as required for potential exposure to hazardous chemicals used or stored and take necessary precautions.
- Interacting with customers in a professional manner; follow-up communication with customers is critical.
- Other duties as needed.

Experience & Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 2+ years of Landscaping experience. (Required)
- High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)
- Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation. (Required)
- U.S. citizen or equivalent documentation.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (bi-lingual highly weighted).
- Proficient in use of technology such as MS Office software and email.
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds.
- Strong communication skills and should be able to foster strong relationships with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Must be willing to work outside, independently.
- Must be able to shovel and maintain snow removal efforts at multiple properties.
- Must be able to withstand hot and dry weather conditions during summer months.
- This is a full-time position, hours may vary (40-hour weekdays Monday through Friday with some overtime and weekends needed)
